The Knights Wrestling Club aims to grow wrestling in the state of Kentucky as well as southern Indiana. Practices will be held in the Bellarmine University wrestling room which is a state of the art facility that includes new equipment such as airdyne bikes, pull up bars, medicine balls, kettle bells, universal band circuits and climbing ropes. Come train with the coaches and athletes at the only division 1 program in the state and allow us to take your game to the next level! We will work with athletes of any age and experience level and are excited to share our knowledge with the area!
